whatever

Whatever it is that I've done wrong at work must not be so bad that they keep calling me in early! This keeps up, I'll be back to full time.
Bring in on, Jenny needs a new a brand new bed.

Oh yeah, I talk to Jesus now. Monday thru Wednesday for the last three weeks he's been coming in where I work. We talk about what he's doing here and what he's doing for the holidays. He's going back to Mexico to visit his family around Christmas. Jesus talks just like Speedy Gonzales.

I went to the dentist yesterday. No cavities.
Go ME!

Lookin' up, lookin' down

I won a dozen roses from a local florist's Christmas open house. It was really nice, I saw as a sign of stuff looking up. I had them delivered to work, I wanted everyone to enjoy them while they were nice. I left them there a couple of days. Last night I heard a boom! I figured it sounded too loud to be the cat jumping off the windowsill. Ha. The cat pulled the roses off the coffee table by the bow.
Four freaking thirty in the morning.
Today was my day off, and I got a call from a co-worker that the owner was looking to get rid of me, that I'm not a good people person. Huh? Just when I started liking the job, now this. I understand hours were getting cut because we are slow, but jeez oh peez. Not only do I do my job, I do the laundry and vacuum and mop the floors, and keep the bathroom clean. If he don't see that, well, screw him!

scttr brayned

Two days off in a row! So much around the house to do! Basically, everything needs to be cleaned or picked up, the house is in disarray. But I should at least start dinner here now at 2:30, but not before I light a hundred candles and some incence, and oh yeah, download at least 6 cd's to iTunes. I got my priorities.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

Do I feel older? No.
Look it? Yep.
Care? Eh.

What's changed since last year?
I really value the things I took for granted: Freedom, fresh fruit, friends, and most of all, family.
I got a better sense of self-worth and confidence.

Things are looking up, baby.
